me and my husband bought this car in 2003. it's a 1999 trans am w/ a six speed manual transmission. it just had a little over 3,000 miles on it. it had been wrecked by the previous owner but it just had minor damage. we have absolutley enjoyed our trans am. we've been taking her to shows since 2005, and i've taken her down the dragstrip in bristol, tn (thunder valley) a few times. my best time to date in the 1/4 mile is 14.01 at 102mph. her upgrades are a K&N air filter, SLP cold air inductoin kit, and a flowmaster exhaust kit (of course i ain't finished yet) i got her repainted in 2006, she is arctic white w/ a hint of pearl and silver metal flake. alan arnold from poor boys automotive shop did the paint job. the dragons on the doors and the bird on the hood was airbrushed by gary bortz. last year (2008) we had the interior redone, i couldn't stand the tan color in her. we took the seats to jerry mccurry at jerry's trim shop to have the seats redone in red and black. my husband mike did the rest of the interior, i ordered the black carpet and headliner from classic industries, and pretty much the rest of the interior i found on ebay. if you wanna know anything else please feel free to ask
