This is a 1970 Trans AM Blue and white. Came with a 400 with 65,541 Orginal miles. Been parked sience 1989 Body has some rust and inside has had the sun beating it down.

Heres What I have done I put a 445 with a Quadrajet Carb from a 1974 Parts car that I had. There was no exaust so I just put on duel exaust. *Trying to keep her quiet* As I said I am just starting The restoration Its going to be interesting to see how she comes along I will keep updating pictures and progress Any idea feel free to email me Westonhecker@hotmail.com
I am thinking of doing the interior as much as I can out of a 2002 trans am I am good at fiberglass work and body work. Going with midnight metalic black. Debating a Red stripe.

Thanks for the interest and please rate my car.

Sounds like you have your work cut out for you. I like the 1970 look also with the TA's. Like Jim said above get ready for alot of skinned knuckles and money in the begining. But it is so worth it in the end. To get behind the wheel and have all those thumbs up going by you driving is an awsome feeling. You are off to a great start keep it up and keep us all updated on the progress. Cornfed

Hey! Thanks for the good words. Just be ready to invest A LOT of patience, sweat, blood, tears, skinned knuckles, laughter, sadness, hope, desperiation, and of course the almighty greenback. Just know that it all pays off in the end when you get to drive her out onto the open road. That is where these cars are meant to be. Owning a classic pontiac is more than a hobby, it's a way of life, and you'll find that you end up making your life around your pontiac. But, It's All Good! Good luck in your project. Can't wait to see more pics....Jim's73TA.

Can't wait to see the end result. Be sure to post the pics when you're done.
