I like the amount of effort you put into not only your car, but also this profile.  I am curious what does the car sound like with the headers, cool air and Borla c-back?  I plan on doing all of the modifications you did except the cool air intake.  I am going to keep the ram air and just modify the routing.  I don’t want the car to be loud by any means.  I want it to be quiet but powerful.
Have you done any research on intake manifolds?  I know that the factory lower manifold overlaps the Valve covers.  This will make it difficult to fabricate a short intake runner manifold.  I am not skilled in metal working but I know how to cut and weald but that is about it.  Please let me know if you can help.
