I bought this car right after I got out of the Marines in 1985. I started dating my wife in this car the same time. We got married, have kidsandbuying houses. No time or the car so it sat in my garage until this past fall.
I did some wheeling and dealing to get he cash up for Project Pontiac. The body was removed and the frame was then cleaned and powder coated. I installed the Hotchkis Performance suspension fron to rear. The brakes are 4 wheel disk. The wheels are American Racing Torque Thrust 17". I put some BFG rubber on next.
The car went to the body shop thinking all I wanted was a straight driver, nothing fancy. One thing led to another. The paint is 87 Toyota Titanium over House of Kolors Gloss Black. The pin strip matches the Ostrich hide interior inserts.
The engine is a 467 stoker. It is punched .060 over with an Eagle Stroker kit in it. The Heads are Edelbrock Performer aluminum heads. Roller cam and lifters also. Doug's headers with Pypes S.S. 3" exhuast with X pipe.
